O fato ocorreu porque uma \u00a0testemunha que recebeu intima\u00e7\u00e3o,\u00a0 n\u00e3o compareceu para prestar depoimento e agora ser\u00e1 feito um novo julgamento com a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o deste importante depoimento. O acusado est\u00e1 sendo defendido por uma advogada e dispensou o trabalho da Defensoria P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>O crime ocorreu h\u00e1 quatro anos ap\u00f3s o crime, ocorrido no dia 6 de junho de 2019.
