Na oportunidade, ao ser colocado em julgamento os pedidos do Barretos Esporte Clube, os auditores do STJD decidiram n\u00e3o julgar o m\u00e9rito do Mandado de Garantia do Barretos Esporte Clube. Em nota oficial, o presidente Roberval Moraes da Silva, informou que em nenhuma das duas inst\u00e2ncias quis apreciar o m\u00e9rito, ou seja, no TJD de S\u00e3o Paulo e no STJD do Rio de Janeiro. \u201cN\u00e3o foi julgado o m\u00e9rito do Mandado de Garantia. Sendo assim, nossos advogados estar\u00e3o entrando com uma medida cautelar para que fa\u00e7a uma reuni\u00e3o extraordin\u00e1ria, que julguem o m\u00e9rito da quest\u00e3o, tanto da resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, quanto do Mandado de Garantia.
